If text recognition is not performed, this may be due to the following causes:
- OCR module has hung up
- OCR is not enabled for this database
- An interfering log entry prevents the switched on OCR software from continuing the work
Remedy can be done as follows (order of actions according to the above list of causes):
- ArchivistaBox (OCR will be initialized)
- OCR must be activated for the database in question; see 13.1
- Clear log table and restart OCR; see 25.7.16 and 24.11
