With ArchivistaBox there are two folders that contain settings for ArchivistaBox. All settings that affect the desktop can be found here:
/home/data/archivista/cust
The settings that affect ArchivistaDMS, ArchivistaERP and or ArchivistaVM can be found here:
/var/lib/vz/update19
To backup the settings consequently, it is enough to backup these two folders.
