Commercial support

Support via Distribution Partners

Great that you have decided to acquire an ArchivistaBox. Our commercial support is now also available for you. You can obtain direct commercial support on-site from your local partner. A list of our distribution partners can be found here.

Procedure in the event of an ArchivistaBox malfunction

With a maintenance agreement: If you have a valid maintenance agreement and you experience (hardware!) problems with the ArchivistaBox then you can find all the information you require here.

WITHOUT a maintenance agreement: If the ArchivistaBox is covered by the warranty then send the box together with a description of how to reproduce the error to the relevant marketing partner or (if it was acquired directly from us) directly to us. Please also include the invoice or delivery note. For logistical reasons (compulsory duty of return by our suppliers) then in certain cases it may take a few weeks before you receive your repaired ArchivistaBox. If the warranty period has expired then please ask for a preliminary price estimation before sending a defect ArchivistaBox. In all cases at least postage and processing fees will be levied.
 

Open source (without support)

Obtain the current version of the ArchivistaBox at sourceforge.net. The same ISO files are used for both the open source Edition and for the ArchivistaBox updates.

Installation instructions

If you would like to set up an ArchivistaBox yourself then the following two sources provide instructions for deploying an ArchivistaBox on your own computer or as a virtualised application.

Manuals (incl. online tutorials)

The online tutorials allow you to run through the basic ArchivistaBox functions by means of Gif films. Here the most common points regarding successful completion of tasks are demonstrated step by step. Check against the appropriate chapter in the manual.

The manuals themselves contain a technical description of all functions offered by our products. If you prefer to have the PDF versions then these can be downloaded directly to the ArchivistaBox.

Questions can be posed on our support board. They are intended primarily as a medium for users to assist each other.
