Archivista Academy: First hand support and training

Of course you can also read the comprehensive ArchivistaBox manual yourself. But you probably basically prefer to receive uncomplicated and rapid assistance.

Alongside the normal support provision, we and our partners are also available at any time to provide training. You can come to us for that and give us the privilege of welcoming you to our training facilities, or we can train you directly on-site, as our ArchivistaBox concept means that the most modern hardware and software is available at any location.

On-site training with the Mobile ArchivistaBox

Our mobile ArchivistaBox station (incl. 80 page document scanner) weighs no more than 5 kilograms, which means that we are always able to take the device with us for a whole group (6 to 8 people). For scheduling reasons we would be very happy if you can contact us in good time regarding dates for training. As the customer, you determine the number of participants – normal charges apply irrespective of if a small or large group is being trained.

ArchivistaBox training days

Furthermore, each year we hold a number of open training days. Exact dates will be published a month or two in advance on this homepage in the News (Blog) section. Training days are full-day events (four lectures in the morning, four in the afternoon). The morning sessions address users, with the afternoon focusing on how to manage and administrate the ArchivistaBox. The open training days are carried out in groups of between four and six participants. The date of registration determines a confirmed place (or a place on the waiting list) in the Academy.
