25.11.3 Processing outlook mails
If the Mail Archiving module is activated, Outlook msg files can also be processed via the Office folder. The title, sender, recipient and co-recipient are also archived. However, this is only possible if a definition for mail archiving exists for the database in question.
With the direct upload of Outlook msg files, mail messages can be archived even if there is no IMAP access to a mail server. More information about mail archiving can be found under 20.
