25.7.15 Remove Documents or Folders
If accidentally archived documents or documents that are no longer necessary in the time horizon (after a few years the obligation to archive often disappears) are to be removed from ArchivistaDMS, this can be done using this program.
First of all, the database must be defined, then it must be selected whether documents or folders are to be deleted, and finally either the area for folders or files (documents) must be entered.
Please note that data deleted via this tool is definitely deleted. They cannot be recovered afterwards.
