13.3.5 Disable initial search in selection fields
If this option is enabled, the display of possible values in selection fields (definition, multi, 1:N, number and text code) is not done with an initial search, but with wildcard search both at the beginning and at the end.
Without this option enabled, e.g. the field 'Kinderwagen' will only be found if 'kin' is entered, with this option enabled, a hit will also occur if 'wag' is entered.
